Our 2027 Mexico Retreat is a small-group experience designed for those looking to start the year a little differently. For six days, we’re stepping away from the distractions of daily life and creating space to move with purpose, connect with others, recharge, and actually be present.

MOOV began four years ago with a simple, powerful mission: to create a space where everyone — no matter your shape, size, or color — feels seen, heard, and celebrated.
