Our Hot Pilates and Heated Yoga classes are a sweaty 89 degrees, allowing you to infuse every movement with intensity & focus. As you flow through class, you'll sweat, stretch, and shake. We can't wait to meet you on the mat.
After class, take a dip in our cold plunge or heat it up a little more in the sauna. We have community Sauna & Cold Plunge hours all week… all you have to do is take class to use the space!

Hot Pilates | Sculpt is MOOV’s signature full-body burner — a Pilates-inspired mat class designed to sculpt, strengthen, and leave you dripping in sweat. Heated Vinyasa blends more traditional vinyasa yoga with playful sequences, mobility drills, and core-centric movements to foster confidence, embodiment, and joy. Through creative transitions and mindful exploration, we invite students of all levels to discover their unique flow state, building strength, stability, and a deep connection to their bodies. Each instructor brings a unique perspective that allows for creativity and organic movement this is firmly rooted in the fundamental elements of yoga. We aim to create a nurturing space for students to feel empowered and at home in their bodies, celebrating the magic of movement and the beauty of finding your flow.

Hot Pilates | Nothing But Mat takes your favorite sculpt class and leaves it all on the mat — literally. In this class, you'll flow through a series of low-impact, high-burn movements: think deep core work, glute bridges, side-lying series, 4-point positions, and more. Essentially, anything but standing. You’ll feel the burn while staying grounded, using props like light weights and the Pilates ring to intensify the work and challenge your control. Expect a full-body sweat that sneaks up on you — all without ever getting on your feet.

Join Yoga by Nina’s unique hybrid method of Yin Yoga & Restorative Yoga with energetic activation. This practice is focused on 3 pillars: flexibility, mindfulness, and subtle energy. Nina harnesses her 14 year background in the martial arts along with Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga postures that incorporate meridian theory and acupressure points which stimulates the release of blocked energies stored in connective tissue for optimal physical health.
This hybrid practice will leave you feeling decompressed, relaxed, and GLOW-ing from the inside out.

Ready for a little me-time? We have a 7-person sauna and commercial plunge from Plunge to help you recover & thrive!
We offer community hours all week long. If you take class, you are welcome to use the space after you class. All you have to do is check in at Front Desk, grab a towel, and head back.
If you want to use the cold plunge, please bring a swimsuit as we don’t allow nudity in our space.

Our team has a diverse set of backgrounds, music tastes, energy, and we all have a passion for movement! Our Mat Pilates & Yoga instructors fell in love with MOOV and have made this place their second home.
Whenever you walk into a MOOV Studio, you are also greeted by our phenomenal Front Desk staff before heading to class.
Want to join the team? We hire from within our community so definitely take class, get to know our team, and fall in love with the workout! Our Hot Mat Pilates training provides you with a 100-hour training that is MOOV specific. We offer this training about once a year. We hire Front Desk staff on a rolling basis.
